PARI ATELIER is operated by PK Aesthetics, LLC (“PARI ATELIER,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through pariatelier.com, our online booking page and our patient forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us, book an appointment or join PARI Privé.
- Booking and payment information. Appointment details and your deposit payment. Card payments are processed by our booking and payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
- Health information. Medical history, consent forms and treatment records you provide through our secure patient forms or during your visit.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools.

Email and text messages
If you join PARI Privé, we will send occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Appointment confirmations and reminders are part of our service and are sent whether or not you join PARI Privé. If you receive text messages from us, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Cookies
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
How we protect and keep your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure. We keep medical records for as long as Georgia law requires and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

You may ask to see, correct or update the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages, by contacting us below. Access to and copies of medical records are handled under applicable law.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
