Using this site
The pages here describe our treatments, pricing and how to book. They are general information, not medical advice, and reading them does not create a provider and patient relationship. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided at an in-person consultation, after a review of your health history and your written consent. Individual results vary. Appointments, deposits and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation and Deposit Policy.
What belongs to us
The text, page designs, photographs, before-and-after images, illustrations, code, and the Pari Atelier name, logo and marks belong to Pari Atelier or are used under license. They are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. All rights are reserved. Client photographs appear only with the client’s written permission.
What you may and may not do
You may read the site, link to any page, and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, resell or redistribute pages, images or substantial parts of them, remove notices, present our work as your own, or use our material to build a competing site or service.
Automated access and AI
Crawling to index pages for a public search engine, including AI-powered search, is welcome. Scraping, bulk downloading, and text and data mining of this site, including collecting its content to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine learning models, are not permitted without written permission. We reserve our rights under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790.

Georgia law governs these website terms, and the state and federal courts located in Georgia have jurisdiction.
